Contact
Toolve is a small independent project. One address reaches the person who builds and maintains these tools.
hello@toolve.net
There is no contact form on purpose: nothing on this site has a backend, and a form would mean sending your message through a third-party service for no benefit. Email is the shortest path, and it lands in a normal inbox.
What to write about
- A tool is broken or shows a wrong result. Tell us which tool, what you expected and what you got. If a figure contradicts a regulation or a standard, the clause number is gold.
- A citation or source is wrong, stale or dead. Every data-driven page lists its sources; a broken link or a superseded edition is worth reporting.
- A printable form or PDF does not fit, or prints badly. Page size, margins and the browser you used help us reproduce it.
- Privacy or data questions. Including access/deletion requests under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA — see the privacy policy for what we do and do not hold. We answer these within 30 days.
- Something else — a tool you wish existed, a translation error, a licensing question.
What helps us reproduce a bug
- The tool name and the URL you were on (for example
/eicr/).
- Browser and version, and the operating system.
- What you expected versus what happened; a screenshot is welcome as an attachment.
- For a numbers problem: the exact inputs, so we can compare against the source table.
Please do not attach files containing real personal or medical data. If a bug only appears with a particular file, describe its structure instead — we can usually rebuild a fixture from that.
What we cannot do
- We cannot see your files. They are processed inside your browser and never uploaded, so there is nothing on our side to recover, inspect or restore.
- There are no accounts, so we cannot look up, reset or delete an account — there is none.
- We cannot give legal, medical, tax or compliance advice, and we cannot certify a document. The tools compute and format; the judgement stays with you and your professional.
- We do not sell links, sponsored posts or paid placements on these pages.
Response time
Usually within 2–3 working days. Bug reports about a wrong figure or a dead citation are handled first, because a wrong number on a compliance page is the worst thing this site can produce.
Corrections policy
If a page is wrong, we fix the page and record what changed and when. If a source we relied on changed, the page is re-checked against the current edition rather than patched quietly. If you disagree with a fix, say so — a second pair of eyes on a table beats our own reading of it.
